
Bahan yang dibutuhkan:
- Kangkung dipetik (1 piring)
- segenggam taoge (1 handfull of bean sprout)
- 2 bh tahu pong goreng lalu iris tipis (tau pok / dau pok-->heat up in microwave for 1 minute, or heat up in a toaster or heat up in the frying pan without oil)
- 3 sdm petis udang (shrimp paste or famous as "otak udang")
- sedikit terasi (a pinch of belacan)
- cabe /chili (jumlah nya tergantung selera --the amount as desired)
- jeruk purut seiris kecil saja (can change to lime juice or lime leaves)
- sedikit gula jawa (coconut sugar or famous as "Gula Melaka")
- 1/2 bawang putih (garlic)
Cara membuat (Directions)
- Kukus kangkung dan taoge taruh di piring (steam kangkong & bean sprout and put into a plate)
- Tambahkan irisan tahu di atas kangkung (add tau pok on top of kangkong)
- Haluskan cabe, terasi, bawang putih, gula jawa dan jeruk purut (in the mean time ground the chili, belacan, garlic, coconut sugar and lime leaves)
- Tambahkan petis (add in shrimp paste)
- Tahu pong di goreng dulu lalu
- Tuangkan bumbu petis ke atas kangkung
