Sambal Goreng Hati ( Chicken Liver & Gizard in Hot Sauce)

Kali ini adalah teman makan opor ayam. Lebih nikmat apabila keduanya disajikan bersama lontong.

Bahan:
- 3 buah tahu (potong kotak lalu goreng)
- 3 hati ayam
- 3 ampela ayam
- 6 buah cabe merah besar (iris halus)
- 4 buah bawang merah
- 3 buah bawang putih
- 1/2 jari lengkuas
- 1 gelas santan

Cara membuat:
- Haluskan bawang merah dan putih lalu tumis bersama dengan cabe dan lengkuas dan tambahkan ampela dan hati
- Setelah hati dan ampela berubah warna segera masukkan santan
- lalu masukkan tahu
- Beri garam dan gula secukupnya

Sambal Goreng Hati ( Chicken Liver& Gizard in Hot sauce) is the dish that I mentioned earlier. It is to accompany Opor Ayam (Indonesian Curry Chicken). Usually we eat togather with rice cake in banana leaf.

Ingredients:
- 3 pcs chinese tofu (cut into small cube and deep fried)
- 3 pcs chicken liver (cut into small pcs)
- 3 pcs chicken gizard (cut into small pcs)
- 6 big red chilli (thinly sliced)
- 4 shallot
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 cm galangal
- salt and sugar to taste

Directions:
- Ground shallot and garlic then saute togather with galangal and red chilli. Add in chicken gizard and liver
- Add coconut milk
- Bring in fried tofu
- Add sugar and salt to taste
