Soya bean cake or famous known as tempeh. Not only ind Indonesia but in some part of Asia (like Singapore and Malaysia), it can still be found.
Bahan:
- 8 iris tempe
- 3 lembar daun jeruk purut (di potong tipis-tipis)
- 3 siung bawang putih
- 50 gr tepung terigu
- 50 cc air
- garam secukupnya
- 8 slice of soya bean cake / tempeh
- 3 lime leaves
- 3 cloves garlic
- 50 gr plain flour
- 50 cc water
- salt to taste
Cara memasak:
- Haluskan bawang putih dan daun jeruk purut. Beri garam sedikit untuk memudahkan proses menghaluskan.
- Campur air dan tepung (apabila terlalu encer dapat ditambahkan tepung dan apabila terlalu kental dapat ditambahkan air). Masukkan bumbu yang telah dihaluskan.
- Rendam tempe dalam adonan tepung.
- Goreng tempe hingga kecoklatan
- Ground garlic and lime leaves. Add a bit of salt.
- Mix water and plain flour. Add in ground garlic&lime leaves.
- Put tempeh until covered by the flour dough.
- Fry until golden brown.
