Balado Terong (Egg Plant in Balado Chili Sauce)




Sebenarnya cara membuat sambalnya sama dengan resep saya sebelumnya yaitu balado telur dan pete.

The method of cooking Egg Plant in Balado is the same as my previous post (Egg in Balado Sauce).

Bahan:

  • 3 buah terong ungu ukuran sedang

  • 8 buah cabe merah rebus (haluskan)

  • 8 butir bawang merah

  • 4 siung bawang putih

  • garam secukupnya
Ingredients:

  • 3 pcs of egg plant (medium size - purple color)

  • 8 pcs red chili (boil and ground)

  • 8 pcs shallot

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • salt to taste

Cara memasak:

  1. Kukus terong ungu (optional) atau bila tdk suka suka dapat di goreng lalu sisihkan

  2. Haluskan bawang merah dan putih lalu tumis

  3. Masukkan cabe merah yang sudah dihaluskan

  4. Tambahkan garam secukupnya

  5. Masukkan terong yang sdh di kukus (atau di goreng)

  6. Sajikan
Method:

  1. Steam the egg plant (or other method is to deep fry with oil) then set aside

  2. Ground shallot and garlic togather then stir fry with little bit of oil

  3. Add boil red chili

  4. Add salt

  5. Lastly add in egg plat and combine well.

  6. Serve immediately
